Angel: Basic Troubleshooting, Tricks and Tools

Overview: This two hour workshop will feature quirks and pitfalls common to the Angel LMS, and introduce attendees to strategies for resolving, or comfortably circumventing them. Topics will include, but are not limited to: finding help when you need it, managing teams and discussions, developing and enforcing netiquette guidelines, gradebook and email quirks, and access issues.  Attendees will have an opportunity to pose questions regarding other concerns.  Laptops are recommended but not required.
