Overview of Library Resources

Welcome New Faculty:

SCF Libraries provide a wide range of resources and services. In addition to our regular collection of books, ebooks, audiovisual materials and online databases, we provide library instruction, subject guides and tutorials, citation guides, course reserves and inter-library loan service.

The Librarians at SCF are also available to our faculty for consultation about resources to support teaching and learning, development of assignments that support information literacy, and the use of technology to enhance the discovery of knowledge.

Please feel free to contact us. We can come to your office for individual consultation, or you can meet with us in our offices at the Bradenton or Venice libraries or at the learning commons at Lakewood Ranch.
