Citation resources for styles beyond APA & MLA including Chicago, AMA and more.

Other Commonly Used Citation Styles

The following writing and style formats are less commonly requested by instructors at SCF than APA or MLA but may be required in some disciplines. The links open to external websites. All links are to the publisher's website or quick reference guides prepared by other colleges. These resources should be reliable but students are encouraged to consult the published style guide where possible and to follow any instructions given to them by their instructor about writing and citation.

*The 11th Edition was published in 2020. Under certain circumstances and by some instructors, it may be permissible to use 10th Edition materials. Always check with your instructor for their preferences.
