Using the Libby App

Libby features a menu bar along the bottom of the app:

  • The Magnifying Glass icon allows you to search for a title, an author, or series
  • The Library icon takes you to the home page for your library, and allows you to browse the title held within the collection
  • The Menu icon lets you view your account settings, manage your library cards, and to find help for your questions
  • The Shelf icon takes you to your bookshelf, which will show you your current checkouts, any holds you might have, and lets you view your reading history
  • The Tags icon lets you view any lists you have created in Libby, or imported from OverDrive.

Using Libby/Overdrive on the Web

You can access the Libby app online, or through the library's OverDrive database. Items checked out on one app or website will still be available for use on your other devices, however, you may have to synchronize your shelf to ensure the latest data is available.
